Background
Based in Milan, Italy. After having started my career as an auditor and subsequently obtained an MBA from Insead, I have since gathered over 25 years experience in the financial world, having worked in London, New York, Paris, Milan and Rome. I have covered various roles such as equity analyst, head of research, fund manager and relationship manager for financial groups such as JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers, Paribas Capital Markets, Carnegie, Sopaf, BNP Paribas and Fortis. For the past 9 years I have been a senior executive and shareholder in technology companies in the US and have been involved in financial planning for various projects such as prepaid cards, optical network unit manufacturing and wind energy in Brazil and elsewhere. I strongly believe experience means knowing just as much what not to do as what needs to be done...
